7.1 In order to post an Ad, purchase a Subscription Plan or host an Auction on this Website you must create an Account which will contain certain personal details. By creating an Account you represent and warrant that:

7.1.1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful; and

7.1.2 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.

7.2 Sharing of Accounts is not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by Dorrington. You must keep your Account details confidential and should not reveal your username or password to any unauthorised third parties.

7.3 If you wish to terminate your Account, please contact us by email at [email protected]. On notification that you wish to terminate your account, we will use reasonable endeavours to close your Account as soon as reasonably practicable.

17. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them and the relationship between you and Dorrington shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Dorrington agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
